Free VPK
If your child will be four years old by September 1st they qualify for our Free VPK (Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten) program starting in August. Please call one of our centers to obtain information on taking a tour of the VPK classrooms, meeting our teachers, and how to obtain a voucher from the Early Learning Coalition.
What are the dates and time of the VPK Program?
Our VPK Program follows the Palm Beach County school year calendar. Classes begin at 8:30 am and end 11:30 am. You must have your child at our school promptly at 8:15 am each morning and ready to pick up at 11:30 am.
What if I need longer hours of care?
We offer a wrap around extended care, which includes earlier drop off from 6:30 am till 6:00 pm, but still allows you to take advantage of the free VPK Program. We also offer Holiday and Summer Camp when the VPK Program is not in session.
Why is your school the right choice for my child?
Our school has a proven curriculum, ELLM Plus, which was designed for VPK early learners by the Florida Institute of Education at the University of North Florida. Our VPK curriculum follows the seven standards set up by the Early Learning Coalition and the State of Florida. We are APPLE and Gold Seal Accredited.
Our teachers are all experienced and educated in the VPK program and work with your child to ensure their easy transition to Kindergarten through the development of social skills and academic readiness.
We encourage parent participation throughout the school year. We provide the parents with trimester report cards and parent conferences.
We have computer labs in the classroom, educational, fun field trips, and classrooms filled with educational toys and tools to encourage early learners.
The year ends with smiles, tears and a stage performance that includes full cap and gown ceremony. Everyone is invited: parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and special friends to the once-in-a-lifetime performance of your child’s first graduation.
